Trek training is a customized small group adventure fitness program which is designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Training in nature with a supportive team of women develops a strong community. We are here to support, cheer and encourage you to achieve your personal fitness goals. Each coach is a Certified Personal Trainer and has a Canadian Red Cross – Advanced Wilderness and Remote First Aid CPR/AED Level 3.
