Trek training is a customized outdoor adventure fitness program designed to improve your muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Small group fitness program (maximum 6 persons) with specific exercises to tone and strengthen the core and muscles that you use on the trails, leaving you with more speed, agility and endurance so you can enjoy the goodies that nature has to offer.
